1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "wi1win" or "we" refers to wi1win and its operators, subsidiaries, and licensors as applicable.
• "Platform" refers to the wi1win website at wi1win.co, including all games, tools, services, and features made available to registered members.
• "User", "you", or "Player" means any natural person who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with wi1win.
• "MYR" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the wi1win Platform.
• "Promotional Terms" refers to the specific rules, wagering requirements, and conditions attached to any bonus, free bet, cashback, or other promotional offer made available by wi1win.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the wi1win Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wi1win strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of wi1win, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the wi1win Platform or from any other licensed gaming platform under a self-exclusion programme that remains in effect.

wi1win reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation will be frozen, and winnings derived from underage play will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the wi1win Casino games, sportsbook, and payment features, you must register a valid account via the wi1win Login page. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one wi1win account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds across all accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and promptly update your account details if any information changes. wi1win is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wi1win login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. wi1win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): wi1win may, at any time, request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wi1win may result in the restriction or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wi1win Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wi1win supports the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Bank Transfer.

• Deposits are credited to your wi1win account promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. wi1win bears no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. wi1win may require additional identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages of the Platform.
• wi1win reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification, investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, or pending wagering requirements associated with any bonus funds.
• You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The specific rules governing each game category available on the wi1win Platform — including live dealer table games such as Baccarat, Sic Bo, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger; video slot games; and sportsbook markets — are set out within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. Those specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• All bets placed and accepted by wi1win are final and binding unless wi1win determines that a bet was accepted in error (for example, due to a system malfunction, incorrect pricing, or manifest error).
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or software malfunction — wi1win reserves the right to void affected bets, regardless of whether winnings have been provisionally credited to the User's account.
• Users must place bets solely for personal entertainment. Exploitation of software bugs, loopholes, or any form of bonus abuse constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 7 of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

wi1win may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions to eligible registered players. The following general conditions apply to all wi1win promotions unless superseded by Promotional Terms specific to the individual offer:

• Each promotion is open to eligible wi1win account holders only, subject to the specific eligibility criteria stated in the relevant Promotional Terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, qualifying games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated in the Promotional Terms for each offer.
• wi1win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus and real-money balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wi1win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one wi1win account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing hand or game information in real-time during live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the wi1win Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wi1win Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of wi1win or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of wi1win.

9. Privacy & Data

wi1win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating a wi1win account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wi1win will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform services.

10. Responsible Gaming

wi1win is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is designed exclusively for entertainment, and wi1win recognises that some players may develop problematic gambling behaviours. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all wi1win account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total losses over a defined period to prevent overspending.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the wi1win Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period and will be actioned within 24 hours of a confirmed written request.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wi1win, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Interruption of service, technical malfunctions, or telecommunications failures outside wi1win's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude wi1win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

wi1win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• wi1win has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion involving your account.
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• wi1win is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigations and verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which wi1win holds its operating licence. Any disputes not resolved through wi1win's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority.

14. Amendments to These Terms

wi1win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, wi1win will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the wi1win Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact wi1win to close your account.
